MAJOR INDOOR FOOTBALL 

The Major Indoor Football League is a developmental football league with the mission to prepare players for the next level. The League began in 2011 and has grown into the best and only 'AAA' indoor football league on the east coast. Member teams come from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware , Connecticut and Virginia.

The league plays in the spring and the member teams have a 8 game regular season that leads into a playoff of the top 4 teams in each conference and ends in the annual championship game known as the INDEPENDENCE BOWL where the last 2 teams will battle for the "DUKE" trophy.
